Far West training logs help you get the most out of your training time by providing easy to follow workout plans and a log for keeping track of your training hours. The log books were written by Glenn Jobe, Nancy Fiddler, and Sally Jones  and have been designed to assist cross country ski racers to record and improve their performance.

Training Logs are available at Auburn Ski Club or you may order a logbook by mail or in our ONLINE STORE.
The training log is available for $15 to Far West members , $20 for non members, or $10 for a pdf version. (Plus  applicable shipping rates)
