This would have to be going to Junior Nationals last year in Minneapolis Minnesota. The intensity of this sport was off the chart and energy that was around me is almost incomparable. This experience was probably the greatest moment in my life of winter sports!
Best Racing Experience:
This year in Mammoth for a junior national qualifier I placed third. As I came around to the final stretch to the finish in the 10km classic race I felt like throwing up but I still couldn’t keep myself from smiling as I crossed the finish.
If you could have one superhero power, what would it be?
I’d like to have the superpower of flying because I’ve always wanted to be a pilot
What is something most people can do that you cannot?
Well this is an interesting question… I don’t know.

The 10k at Soldier Hollow this January was an awesome experience for me. It was my first competitive 10k and I ended up getting 6th and only being 2 seconds out of 3rd. It was one of those races where everything just clicked; my mind and body were working in perfect sync together.
If you could have one superhero power, what would it be?
Flying.
What is something most people can do that you cannot?
I can’t whistle.

Junior Nationals last year: the team is so close and so positive that, even though it was my first JN’s, I felt every single person was glad I was there.
Best Racing Experience:
I’ve only really be competitively skiing since last year, so no one race stands out yet. I did really well in the mammoth marathon, and I’m proud of other races, but I don’t have a favorite one yet.

Best Racing Experience:
My best racing experience was at the Super JOQ in SoHo —getting on the podium both days was awesome.

If you could have one superhero power, what would it be?
The super power I would most want would be, being able to touch my toes because to me that is a super power.

What is something most people can do that you cannot?
Most people can clean their room which I seem to be incapable of doing, I think my parents wish I had learned this skill more than I want it. Another skill I never really picked up on is putting my hands out when I fall— I do wish to one day master this skill.
