This season, Far West is conducting a presentation on cross-country training principles. The presentation will be helpful to cross-country skiers of all ability levels, ranging from recreational skiers who want to optimize their fitness based on limited time availability to beginning and experienced racers who want to improve their performance and their endurance. It will be valuable to skiers of all ages from juniors to masters.
